Terms of Service For Commissions

Important
  • Won't draw NSFW. Please try to keep requests SFW.
  • Won't draw under aged characters.
  • Won't draw Pokemon, Franchise, or Game OCs.
Payment
  • Payments are only taken through Stripe and PayPal. Currency is USD.
  • ​Payment must be made within 3 days of receiving the invoice, otherwise the commission will be canceled.
Refunds
  • If your slot is canceled before your commission is started on, you will receive a full refund.
  • ​No refunds once the commission has been started on.
Edits/Changes
  • Max 5 changes per draft.
  • Only 2 drafts are sent.
  • Any changes after the commission is completed must be made within 30 days.
  • No edits can be made after 30 days of completion. No exceptions.
Discount
  • Discounts only apply to commissions.
  • 10% discount - Patreon: Sticker Collector
Rights
  • After I send you the completed work, you own it completely.
  • I do reserve the right to post completed images of commissions across social media for advertisement and archival purposes.

Reference Sheets
$70 Basic Ref
  • Two poses: front & back. 3/4 view optional.
$105 Fursuit Ref
  • Three poses: front and back & side.
$125 Painted Ref
  • Three poses: front & back and a custom painted pose. 3/4 view optional.
$-- Custom Ref Sheet
     - $35 per flat pose.
     - $55 per painted pose.
     - Examples: 3/4s view front, front, back, side, headshot, etc.
Telegram Stickers
**Digital Reference Sheet Required**

$30 Per Sticker
  • +$5 Per sticker with props.
  • +$15 Per sticker with a YCH, Extra Character, or Vehicle.
  • Max 2 characters per sticker.


What Counts as a prop?
  • Objects, items, things.
  • Floating YCH hands.
  • Background elements.
  • Prop Exceptions (Not counted as a prop): Hearts, text, and anything that is part of your character's design.

What counts as an Extra Character/Vehicle?
  • YCH, or any extra character.
  • Bikes, Motorcycles, Cars, Trucks, Trains, Boats, etc.
Drawings
**Digital Reference Sheet Required**

$45 Character Drawing
  • Flat colored.
  • No Background.
  • Extra Characters $25 each.
  • Cell shading option + $15 per character
  • Painted option + $20 per character

How Commission Openings Work

Commission open through Patreon on Sundays at 9:00 AM Pacific Time.

  1. On Sunday, at 9:00 AM Pacific time, A post will be made on Patreon stating the type of commission and amount of slots that are available. I usually only open for sticker commissions, and less frequently open for other commission types.

  2. Commissions are first come first serve. Comment on the post to claim a slot.

  3. Those who commented to claim a slot will be messaged through Patreon's messenger to fill out the commission form.

  4. After the form is completed, a confirmation email will be sent.

  5. Once the commissioner confirms their information by replying to the confirmation email, an invoice will be sent.

  6. The commission process will then continue via email. Expect Drafts/WIPs!

FAQs
  • How can I commission you?
    • Process is described above, commissions open via Patreon on Sundays at 9:00am Pacific Time!
  • Can I reserve a Slot?
    • Slots cannot be reserved.
  • Can we use telegram/discord to talk for commissions?
    • Commission process will only take place via email. While inconvenient for some, I personally do not enjoy using telegram/discord for commissions.
  • Can I commission someone or ask a friend to recolor the sticker bases for me?
Helpful Info to Prepare Before Ordering
  • Link to your character's reference sheet, even if I've drawn them before.
  • Any reference images of the characters or items that you want drawn.
  • Key notes of the character's design that are often missed.
  • When ordering a ref, listing color hex codes or an image of color swatches, & any descriptions are helpful.
  • When ordering stickers, an image with all reference pictures, notes, idea sketches, and any other info compiled into one image is extremely helpful. Example
  • It's not uncommon for commissioners to compile everything into a google doc as well. This isn't required though, the commission form will ask for all relevant info.
