Terms of Service For Commissions

Important
- Won't draw NSFW. Please try to keep requests SFW.
- Won't draw under aged characters.
- Won't draw Pokemon, Franchise, or Game OCs.

Payment
- Payments are only taken through PayPal. Currency is USD.
- Your commission will not be started on until the invoice is paid.
- If payment isn't made within 3 days of receiving an invoice, your commission will be canceled.

Refunds
- If your slot is canceled before your commission is started on, you will receive a full refund.
- No refunds once the commission has been started on.

Edits/Changes
- Max 5 changes per draft.
- Only 2 drafts are sent.
- Any changes after the commission is completed must be made within 30 days.
- No edits can be made after 30 days of completion. No exceptions.

Discount
*Discounts only apply to commissions.

Returning customer and Tips/Support discounts have been discontinued as of 2-27-2021. Thank you all very much for your support the past few years. 10% off is still available through Patreon.

Rights
After I send you the completed work, you own it completely.

I do reserve the right to post completed images of commissions across social media for advertisement and archival purposes.

Reference Sheets
$50 Basic Ref
      - Two poses: front & back. 3/4 view optional.
$75 Fursuit Ref
      - Three poses: front and back & side.
$90 Painted Ref
      - Three poses: front & back and a custom painted pose. 3/4 view optional.
$-- Custom Ref Sheet
     - $25 per flat pose.
     - $40 per painted pose.
- Examples: 3/4s view front, front, back, side, headshot, etc.

Telegram Stickers
$20 Per Sticker
$25 Per sticker with an extra character or YCH. Floating hands count as an extra character/YCH. Max 2 characters.
- No shading on Stickers.
- No extra charge for complexity
- Minimum per Slot: 5 Sticker
- Maximum per Slot: 15 Stickers

      -Flat colored.

How to Order!

How Commission Openings Work
Commission will open occasionally through Patreon! If there are no takers on Patreon within the first hour of opening, then I’ll open via Telegram.

A post will be made on Patreon stating the type of commission and amount of slots that are available.
It'll be first come first serve, the first people to comment will get the slot.
Those who get a slot will be messaged through Patreon's messenger to fill out the commission form.
After the form is completed, a confirmation email will be sent.
Once all information is confirmed, an invoice will be sent.
Drafts and files will be sent via email.

Commission Opening Dates and Commission Progress can be tracked on Trello.

FAQs
• Slots cannot be reserved.
• Only one commission per slot.

Helpful Information to Prepare Before Ordering

Link to your character's reference sheet, even if I've drawn them before.
Any reference images of the characters or items that you want drawn.
Key notes of the character's design that are often missed.
Color hex codes or images of colors, & any descriptions when ordering a reference sheet.
